product data not showed in add product page in woocommerce

hello ,
i am building a new ecommerce website using woocommerce and storefront theme,the problem is that when i try to add a new product the product data panel not showed , i tried the following solutions but none help:
1. activate and deactivate woocommerce plugin.
2. delete and then install woocommerce plugin.
3. change storefront theme.
