Product data not showing up

Hello @woutertb ,

I understand this can be annoying.

Can you please run through these tests and let me know how it goes?

1. Switch to a default theme i.e. Twenty Twenty / Storefront
2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and then activate them one by one to figure out the faulty one.

Test your feature after each activation/activation.

If the above does not help please share your WooCommerce configuration details from wp-admin > WooCommerce > Status so we can understand a bit more about the problem.

Hey, what configurations do you need? It’s pretty weird, I just pressed the upwards facing arrows on the boxes and everything disappeared, but cant find a way to get it back

That’s too bad. You should be able to get everything default from WooCommerce when you do not have any other plugin activated.

Okay, let’s try another way.

When you are on the product’s add new/edit page, find the “Screen Options” from the top-right side. See screenshot – https://prnt.sc/wl5uym

Once you click on that button you should get some options and you want to enable all of them especially the Product data – https://prnt.sc/wl5vwg

You should see everything on the page after you enable them.

I believe this is what is the problem you are facing.

On top of this, when I toggle custom fields it does appear and disappear but with product data this is not the case.

I understand this is frustrating. Let’s take a fresh look at this and try the methods properly –

1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. Deactivate the plugins which you feel necessary as well. From the status log, I can see some plugins were still activated. Please try while you have no other plugins activated except WooCommerce.
2. Clear your browser cache. Here is the guideline
3. If the above two do not help, try after re-installing WooCommerce. Make sure to have a full backup before going forward with the steps.

When I click product data it just doesnt show, you can see it does something because the horizontal scroll bar appears but for the rest, nothing.
I deleted the woocommerce plugin and installed an older version, all with no success.

With all plugins disabled
