Product data sheet not showing up

    Hi Pavel,

    the product data sheet in the wordpress backend is not visible e.g. product description and the tabs of the product data section (stock levels, shipping, attributes etc.). Tested the failure with every plugin and it seems that ATUM is interfering with the edit product function.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    Thank you very much for your post. Sorry to hear you have issues.

    Have not see this before so lets start from the beginning. Are you talking about product list in WooCommerce – Products menu? Not sure I can see ATUM interfering with anything there.

    Would you tell me, please, what is your error log saying?

    I am sure we can solve this quick.

    yes, that’s what I mean. And moreover the ‘edit product’ site

    The Woocommerce error log tells me nothing product or ATUM related. I’m clueless.

    Hi Mona,

    The best solution is to deactivate all plugins you have installed and only keep WooCommerce.

    Test if it is working with WC only. If it does, activate ATUM and test again. This way you need to keep adding all your plugins. When it stops working you will know what plugin causes the issue (or you should if it is a plugin issue).

    Let me know how you get on with this.

    thank you so much for your help and your patience.
    Out of a sudden it works. Tried it again this morning and the issue still occurred, but now everything is fine. Sometimes I believe technology hates me ??

    Really do not know how this happened and what I have done.

    Magic, just think if you have not updated any plugins. It could be that some of them had a fix in the update.
