Any idea why this error message happens? Add to cart option is removed with this message

“This product has been temporarily deactivated and cannot be purchased.”

    Hi @kraken85 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the said error message appears and the add to cart option is removed, correct?

Products being deactivated is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core and I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to find out which plugin may be causing this.

The best way to determine this is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to perform a conflict test here.

If the conflict test makes no difference, please share the following in order to better understand the issue at hand:

    • Your sites System Status Report which can be found by navigating to WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • A link to the product that’s showing this issue
    • A screenshot of the product configuration for the same?Product Edit Page > Product data?section.

Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Cheers!
