Product description brings related product

    [EDIT: i’ve inserted the product exerp instead of the product description but i still can’t figure out why the product description brings the related product like in the picture]

    Hello,
    when i add the product description widget it adds automatically the related product, why?
    How can i remove that? I just need hte description…

    I have tried to reproduce this issue in my development environment but couldn’t. The product description widget is only appearing but not the related products.

    So, try to make another single template and use the product description widget there. Let us know how it goes.

    I’ve solved by not using the product description but using the product exerp.. I don’t know why the related products keep appearing in the product description.

    Another thing, a strange thing appears in the “add to cart” button:

    It happened after the latest updates (since 4-5 days ago).

    What is it? i tried to remove it, to add another button and other stuff but it doesn’t go back to normal.

    In the editor it is normal, when i go in the public site the “-or-” appears…

    Since we are unable to trace the issue with the Product Description widget, maybe there is something on your end that is preventing it to work properly. If you want us to inspect the issue deeply from your end, then kindly create a ticket at our Support Center. You will find the link to our Support Center on the Description section of the Plugin Details page. We will take a look and let you know an update as soon as possible.

    Regarding the issue you have mentioned with the Add To Cart button, We have already been able to identify the issue in our development environment. This issue usually happens due to enabling Express Checkout(Google Pay/Apple Pay) feature of Stripe. Our dev team has already started working on including the Support for this Payment Gateway. Hopefully, a solution will be brought out soon.
