Product description disappears…

    Hi,

    I have a strange issue here. Added simple True/False field to a product and this act causes disappearance of product description editor in admin.
    Product Description is no longer visible.

    First I tried to disable all plugins and confirmed, it is ACF that is causing the issue. I then tried to re-assign field in question to a non-product post and got descriptions back. Re-assigned it to product and description is gone again, so I am 100% ACF and this particular field is to blame.

    What is interesting I have another field which is pretty much same and is not causing any issues.

    Any ideas what can cause such a behaviour?
    WP 5.6.2
    WooCommerce 5.0.0
    ACF 5.9.5
