Product Description doesn′t show

  • Hi,

    I my site is https://www.citysafe.cl and I have the Storefront theme.
    The product description doesn′t appear on the product page under the image. Curiously if I write on the short description that text does appear, but under title, which makes the “Buy” button go down and that may have a negative impact on my convertion…so I don′t want to do that.
    Can you help me?

    It seems you may have a plugin installed on your site or custom code that is removing certain WooCommerce elements from outputting.

    Cross testing a fresh install of Storefront the product tabs for Description and Reviews etc are displaying without any issues so it’s not an issue in the theme itself.
