Product description lowercase letters

I understand that the product description is being capitalized on front-end even though it is all lowercase upon editing, correct?

This is quite strange and it seems a plugin is causing a conflict here.

I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

That’s a “problem” with your theme, Flatsome. All descriptions have elements inheriting the class “uppercase” from somewhere.

As it’s a paid theme, I suggest you ask for support with them.

I am able to see that your current theme, Flatsome, overrides quite a number of default templates, and many appear to be outdated.

As @casper-braske mentioned, it looks like your current theme may be causing this issue. To check, you can temporarily switch your theme to a default theme, like Storefront, create a test product with the description in lowercase letters, and see if this resolves the issue.

Rather than testing on a live site, you can create a a staging environment. This is a clone of your live site where you can test changes without affecting your live site. This can be done using the free?WP Staging?plugin.

If switching your theme resolves the issue, it points to an issue with your current theme, and you can you try updating the outdated templates to see if this makes any difference. You can read more about updating outdated templates below:?
