Product description not appearing

Are you sure you are using the correct “Product description” field in WooCommerce for the description? Could it maybe be that you are using the “Product short description” field in WooCommerce? If so you could select the “Product Short Description” as source.

Or could it be you are using a third party plugin to add the product descriptions to the products on that specific shop?

The product short description did the trick indeed! Thanks!
However it caused a new problem. The short description contains html. Which I need to strip from the feed. So I tried to use the option for edit values, and select “Strip tags” as outlined here: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/help-item/using-product-feed-manager/unwanted-html-in-attributes-how-to-remove-them/
But now the entire description has gone missing again.. Any thoughts?

Can you copy an example of the short description, including the used html, and copy that to a .txt file and send that file michel (at) wpmarketingrobot.com?

Hi @michel-jongbloed I tried to send it, your mail is not accepting it. Do you have other ways I can get it to you?

You could try to .zip the text file. It could be that my mail server sees the text file contains HTML code and blocks it.

If that does not work, let me know and we will try a different approach.
