• Hey there,

Designer Shop Id is equal to my Shop Id on my website and localhost.
Localhost has the theme twentysixteen activated but the designer iframe is opening and works completely fine, but not on my website (custom template).
The icon is showing next to my shirts but after clicking on it nothing happens. They both are different accounts but same place created ‘www.spreadshirt.nl’ so there should not be any difference.

    Could you help me out?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi,

did you add the designer id in the given field, too? It doesn’t seem so, because the pencil is not shown next to the product images.

    Please check.

    Hey,

Oh my bad, I accidentally removed it while doing some testing.
I’ve put it back in the wp-spreadplugin settings.

Are you using a separate jquery repo, maybe your theme? please disable or remove it and use default wordpress jquery. If you don’t know how/why, please contact me via email.

Yeah I’m using a separate jQuery repo. Just disabled but unfortunately still does not work.

I’ve disabled and checked my self if it worked but it didn’t. I’m still developing the website so I needed the repo. But tomorrow ill temporarily disable the jquery repo for you to look in to it (after 16:00 europe time it’s disabled for sure)

seeing it enabled ?? anyway, I don’t get why you’re using an outdated version of jquery if wordpress is providing a newer/recent one ??
