    Hi,
    Some of the order data are missing on the Product analytics when checking. The related data are visible on Woocommerce orders. And this happens randomly for some time. Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out about this. Can you please share more details of this issue? Which order data is missing in particular? Can you share a screenshot of what you see, please?

    Additionally, if I’m understanding correctly, this issue is intermittent, sometimes you see everything properly and sometimes not, correct?

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
