Product details are missing in email body

    Hi Artem,

    Since a moderator deleted my replies in this other thread I am starting a new one with a hope to solve this issue with your help.

    I am running a latest version of the plugin along with up-to-date WooCommerce and CF7 and the issue I am facing is that in the email the product details are missing.

    As per your advice I have removed [awooc_hidden] tag from the email body, I’ve (temporary) uninstall the caching plugin, flushed the cache on a server level and completely disabled reCAPTCHA.

    Unfortunately non of this helped and the incoming emails are still without product details which causes a problems for the shop manager when fulfilling the orders.

    P.S.: I’ve tried to roll back to v.2.4.3 but it seems it’s not compatible with latest Woo anymore.

    Hi!
    In the CF7 form, in the Email tab, add the [awooc-hidden-data] tag and everything should arrive.

    I added it here in the article yesterday, make sure that the settings are similar in the form: in the letter template there are only regular fields, in the letter there is the [awooc-hidden-data] tag
