Product details missing from printed receipt

Hi, and thanks alot for the work you are putting in to a very good plugin. I am having a small issue with the printed receipt. We use a POS system for customers who come to the store and sometimes we must add some information to the product – forinstance if we sell a bike we want to add the frame number.

And in the pos plugin this is possible. And later when I go back to Woocomerce orders and take a look at the product information everything looks fine with the added info on the sale. However if I print a receipt or an invoice the added info is missing. Is there a way to make this work?
