Product Details Not Included With Order

    My site was recently migrated to a new server and my database migrated to a new server, and now product details are not included with order details.

    Hi @srhuff

    Sorry to see you’re having some difficulty with product details not being displayed after a database migration.

    To help us investigate could you please provide the following:

    1. A copy of your site’s System Status. You can find this via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

    2. A screenshot of the product details, and a screenshot of the confirmation where the details are missing. If you use a live confirmation please be sure to black out any personal information or any identifying information in the screenshot.
