Product disappears when trying to use quickedit

  • On the products list when I click quick edit, the product disappears. However, it isn’t deleting the product as the product is still there when refreshed. I have checked for plugin interference, but it isn’t that.

    Any help is much appriciated.

  • Hi, shabbyrose, some JavaScript is used when the quick edit button is clicked.

    Try having your browser’s development tools open when you click on the quick edit button in case any errors appear, which will help in troubleshooting the issue.
