Product does not appear in shop

Hi,

I have a problem, that a product disappear once there is no stock in our warehouse, even if the status is “In stock” and backorder is set as “Notify”.
Corious thing is that on the Home page they are still online, but not in the shop and under their categories.

Can somebody help?
