Product does not exist

    Hi,
    We have been using this plugin for some time, but just recently it has stopped working.
    When we go to create a phone order, we go to “find products” and search for the products. These show in the dropdown list. However, now with variable products, it now says “Product does not exist” and won’t let us create the order.
    It works OK for simple products.

    The product DOES exist, and we have been able to do a standard manual Woocommerce order – but would prefer to use your plugin still.

    Could you please check why this might be?

    So you see variable product in product search results, but you can’t add it to the cart?

    Have you installed any new plugins recently? Especially, inventory?

    Hi –
    Yes, we can see the product variations when we search, but whenever we try to add to the order/cart we get an error “Product does not exist”.
    We have done a lot of updates recently and moved hosts.
    Since this is not a known issue, I will make a clone and see if I can find a plugin clash…

    this problem was fixed in version 3.5.1

    Hi,

    I think the problem might be back again.
    We’ve just updated a customer to 3.6.1 and now the private products are having this issue.
    The can see/select the product but when they click “recalculate” it shows “Product does not exist”.

    I’ve had to rollback the plugin to 3.5.2 to get it to work again.
