I’ve encountered a problem. When using the “Pricing” tab to apply discounts, the currency exchange rate isn’t functioning correctly. It only shows the prices with different currency icons but without adjusting the amounts. (The original issue, where the discounted price isn’t shown and the original price is crossed out, should be resolved.)

On the other hand, when I activate the options in the “Discounts” tab, the currency exchange rate works fine, but the first issue reappears: the discounted price doesn’t show on the shop and product pages.

To be honest, I really like your plugin and would love to use it, but I need to ensure it works properly with my website before purchasing the premium version.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Hello @merithome

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please update the plugin to the latest version which is 7.3.3

For multi currency, you can check the below plugins.

After installing one of the above plugins, clear the plugin pricing caches by resaving one of the pricing rules.

If you have wp-rocket cache you should also clear the cache.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards

    Hi there,

I have now installed the following plugin as you suggested

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

but I have the same issue. The price and the currency are not changing when I change the country at the checkout page.

I have decativated the WP_rocket for now to make sure there is no other conflict or issue.

    Thanks

    Hi @merithome

You should clear the plugin pricing cache by resaving one of the pricing rules.

In case the above tip can’t help you, maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue. To find the conflict follow the below steps.

    • First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule to the product.
    • Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    • Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce and one of the recommended currency switcher plugins.
    • Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache.
    • Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.
    • Try with WooCommerce cart and checkout shortcodes in case you are using cart or checkout blocks.
    • Try with another theme.

If the above tips can’t help you, please send us the below information to let us check it out.

    • Your product prices configuration screenshot.
    • A full-page screenshot of the rule that has an issue.
    • Your currency switcher plugin configuration screenshots.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards
