Hello,

I have created a CSV file of all my products. But when I’m exporting the file and opening it in Excell it’s all in 1 colomn. From there I used “Text to Colomns” function from Excell. But I getting no good results in colomns. Everything stays in 1 colomn, I tried using ; and , as separation.
Also I see all codes like this: \n and \n</strong> or <span class. Is messed up…

I exported all products?with the export function from Woocommerce.?I didn’t use plugins. And the all products have been added to the store manually.

It looks like something is wrong with the CSV file structure.
Could you share the exported CSV file with me?
I will inspect it and find out what is wrong with it.

I’d also like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Hey, @graphicfish!

This is probably an Excel issue. Your Excel does not recognize the commas in the CSV as separators.

Can you please try importing the data from the CSV instead of just double-clicking the CSV to open?

You can do this by going to Data > Text/CSV
