• Product export CSV missing products when manually picking category's to be exported

    Woocommerce, Version:8.9.1
    wordpress, Version 6.5.3
    Astra Theme Version 4.6.15

    this is what's happening below:

    1, Export products to a CSV file…

columns should be exported? = Product ID, Type, SKU, Parent
Manually pick category to be exported? Shoes = exporting 100 products

    Export CSV ok

    2, Export products to a CSV file…

columns should be exported? = Product ID, Type, SKU, Parent
Manually pick category to be exported? jackets = exporting 100 products

    Export CSV ok

    here's the problem….

    3, Export products to a CSV file…

columns should be exported? = Product ID, Type, SKU, Parent
Manually pick both categories' to be exported? = shoes, jackets = 100 & 100 products

Exported CSV.. now seems to only shows 50 shoes, and 100 jackets
50 shoes are missing off the CSV file export

but if i don't manually pick the categories: shoes, jackets, from "Which product category should be exported?" and leave it as "Export all categories" then its exporting all 100 shoes and 100 jackets, CSV export is ok

even deleted all products and both categories, same problem, when manually picking categories to be exported

  • Hey there, @9ball! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I tried replicating the issue on my website, but the CSV file had all the products from the two categories I exported.

Does this issue happen with other categories, or only this ones?
Also, you mentioned 50 shoes are missing. So, as I understand it is always 50 shoes, missing, and not random products, correct?
Is it always the same 50 shoes?

If it is, do they have something in common that differentiates them from the other shoes? For example, are they variable products while the others are simple? Or were they added or edited with another plugin? Things like that ??

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
