Product featured Icon

Hello, thanks for your nice Theme,
I need some help. I want to place some products in the “before feature” inside fetured section options. Pages are easy, just place the icon on the document properties box. On a product edit page there’s no such box, so, I’ve placed the fa-icon name on the online-shop-featured-icon custom field, but seems not to work. How does this works?
