Product feed does not refresh

Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron in your wp-config.php script?

Also, could you please share with us the plugin debug.log URL so we can tell how you configured your feed and if it’s really not updating? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.lof URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

You mentioned you made a lot of changes to products that are not making it to the feed. Could you give a few examples of such changes and wrong information in your feed?

I changed ID as SKU, you can see on attached screenshot. but in the feed no change.

but in the merchant center its showing me SKU. strange.

I double check with merchant center the file we uploaded, its same.

Your feed is being cached.

Open for example this non-cached version of the feed:
https://officechairscanada.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/jnkfef921AyoPLBJi1wZ4vsR6MDPbdyT.xml?caching=false

You’ll see that the SKU now shows in your feed.

So make sure to clear your caching plugins when checking updated feeds.

Hello so if I didn’t clear cache and update anything on website, will it update on merchant center ? because in merchant center its took 3-4 days to update. before that it was quick so I’m wondering what is issue?

That depends, you probably are using a caching plugin or doing some server-side caching? At what interval is its cached (automatically) being flushed? When you are using a caching plugin for this it probably also has a feature to exclude certain URL’s (such as the feed URL) from being cached.

for merchant center I set up every day one time 6:00 PM EST to automatic fetch.

I’m using Yoast SEO plugin – free version is it something conflict ? I checked on backend there is no option to exclude.

You did not answer the question if you are using a caching plugin and/or doing server-side caching. At what interval is its cached (automatically) being flushed?
