Product Feed has less products

    Hi There,

    We have the issue with Google Shopping feed and the plugin. We have over 2k products published on website (including variables). However, on Google Shopping Feed and in Google Merchant Centre we have only 1506 product visible. When I downloaded a document to check the number of products plugin picked up – it was correct.
    I have enabled product variations to be synchronised and switched on a manual refreshment of the feed. We have originally set a feed refreshment on daily basis which was not taking a long time to refresh. After changed made, it takes almost a day to refresh. Now, I want to check the statistics, however the “statistics” icon is not available because it is processing a refreshment on 100% all the time.

    Please help to understand why there’re many products missing from the Feed in Google even though they are picked up by a plugin? Where the process issue can lay?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    So if I understand correct there are basically two issues:

    1. Your feed is stuck on 100%;
    2. Not all products are showing in your feed;

    With regards to issue number 1, have you tried refreshing the browser? Perhaps the status message is just stuck? If it continues to stay on 100% even after you refreshed the browser a couple of times than you might be experiencing a WP-cron issue (or perhaps you disabled the WP-cron in the config.php?), see:

    With regards to issue number 2: there might be several reasons for this. We have written a blog post describing these possible causes:
