    Hi. I have tried all suggestions to fix this issue as per other enquiries. I have updated the settings to be daily refresh and I have also tried to do a manual refresh but nothing updates the product feed to include a new product I added a week ago.

  • It can’t really stay at 0% without there being any error logs. So are you absolutely sure there are no errors?

    All that’s left is caching, are you sure you are not running any caching plugin that could be causing this?

    I have the same issue.

    Tried everything in this thread but still don’t update.

    Google Shopping XML is the one not updating for some reason.

    Can you try lowering the batch size of the plugin to 150 / 200 products and see if that solves the issue at hand? This is how you can lower the batch size: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    You are welcome, although this solves the issue at hand we still believe that a default batch size of 750 should also work but somehow the plugin is eating more memory then expected in some cases. We are looking into this.
