Product Feed isn’t updating

@supportadtribes I’ve got similar problem – should I start new thread?
My feed don’t update even after manually refres, it stuck on 14%.
I can probive You feed link and debug, but last debug info is 2 years old (even debug won’t work properly).

According to the debug.log URL your feed is updating just fine, these are the last update times:

What product ID’s you believe are missing from your feed?

This is very strange… It wasn’t updating at all since the end of last week, and after I received your message, I checked again and now it’s updating…

Do you have any clue how this is possible?

According to your debug.log it has been consistently updating every day since you created the feed, also multiple times every day last week. Perhaps you are using a caching plugin which is caching the content of your feed?

Okay, because now there are again products missing from the catalogue. We’re using Super Cache, but our developer installed it.

Make sure that the feed URL’s are being excluded from caching. Also, when opening your feed in a browser to check if your products are actually in the feed make sure to first clear/flush all caching.
