Product Feed Missing

  • I have created a product feed, and the XML feed URL is displayed in the manage feed page, but the actual XML file does not exist. There is a temporary XML file that is added to the uploads directory, but the actual XML file with the products is never created. I have tried a few times with new feeds and the XML file is not created for any. What is wrong with this?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your feed.

    When the final feed is never created and there is only a tmp version of the feed than the feed updating process never fully finished. This can be caused by multiple reasons.

    Can you share the content of the WooCommerce fatal error log of yesterday so we can have a look if there is something in there that could explain why this is happening for you? This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Think we have the same error at least on one server, using elite. There is only tmp.xml and no xml generated even if writing permission are as they need to be. And it worked once last week, but after changes it was not regenerated
