Product Feed Pro – Product Feed Issue

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When you have less products in your feed than expected than most likely this is caused by your feed configuration. Can you go through the reasons mentioned and see if any could apply to your feed configuration?

HI, I am also an Irish based website, like above.

I’m having the same issue, I am only getting 5 out of 5000 products into my feed.

I had another feed with all of my products but changed it to this now.

Can you help?

Hi,

Most likely you have enabled the preview feature of the plugin during configuration. Make sure you disable the preview option. It is the option described here: https://adtribes.io/create-product-feed-preview/

Are there any other options available to fix the feed issue?

In order to have a closer look can you please share the following:

1. Your product feed URL
2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
