Product Feeds Changes Not Working

    Hello,

    We have created a feed one week ago. Subsequently we have updated the feed to include some new mapping.

    Unfortunately when we refresh the product feed, these fields are not included in the xml file.

    We have tested these changes across 4 different product feeds and none of them update. It is as if they are frozen and cannot be changed once created.

    Please advise.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feeds do not seem to update.

    Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing some server side caching? If so, make sure to clear your caching (also that of your browser) and exclude the feed URL’s from being cached.

    Also, is your WP-cron enabled in your wp-config.php? It is needed for updating you r feeds.
