Product fees are not covered by Gift Coupons

    We use this great plugin, but have recently started to issue Gift Coupons.

    However when a customer attempts to use a coupon, the coupon won’t take account of the product fee, even though there is sufficient credit on the coupon to cover the fee.

    eg:
    Customer has a gift coupon for $120
    Products sell for $100
    Product Fee = $20
    Total Cart $120
    Coupon only covers $100 leaving $20 for customer to pay with credit card, even though they still have $20 credit left on coupon.

    Are you able to help or suggest a work around please?

  • Same problem here.
    It would be awesome if you could bring this important feature to choose, if the fee can get a coupon discount or not. Without this feature, the Plugin for me is useless, because a lot of my customers use coupons ??
