    Hi
When I download the excel entries (via url), the product field quantity always has a value of 1 if the Gravity Forms entry is a blank. If the quantity field is not blank, then the correct value is shown. This happens whether I have the Split multi fields setting enabled or not. What I need is for the excel download to show zero if the Qty field is blank.
Note that if I export the entries direct from GF, then the Qty field is blank or has the value that has been entered.

Using WP v5.5.3, GF v2.4.21 , GF Entries in Excel v1.8.6, PHP v7.4
    Thanks… Fred

    Hi @fred-kroeger ,

Thanks for letting me know. This obviously shouldn’t happen. I will address the issue as soon as I can.

Thanks – I have done some further testing and entered 0 for the qty fields instead of leaving them blank. The downloaded excel file still shows a 1 for the fields that have 0 in them. Any qty field that is greater than 1 displays the correct number.

    Hi @fred-kroeger,

I have no idea why I ever thought this was correct, but empty was set to 1. (0 is also perceived as empty). It is now set to 0.

The fix is released in 1.8.7. Please let me know if this works for you.

Perfecto! The Qty fields now displays correctly in excel using the new version – both blanks and zeroes.
Many thanks for your prompt attention to this.
