Product Filter are disabled !

  • Hi there, after latest update of wordpress (theme, woocommerce also updated) to 5.5, the product filters has been disappeared from woocomerce widget side bar in shop pages, although they have been set correctly repeatedly in widget’s settings. Seems like they don’t read the product’s attributes. (of course they have been set correctly also).
    Also found that the price slider doesn’t read the correct prices of page’s products, but instead it has steps of tens in increasing/decrasing rate.

    All these happened after the latest update.

    Can you please help me bypass this issue? Before update was just fine.

    Try to update the woocommerce database and clear the cache. You can update database form the dashboard > woocommerce > status > tools.

    Whatever I try the result is always the same. Not showing products attributes (filter products by attributes in shop’s sidebar widget).

    Just to mention that I have executed every tool in Woocommerce’s/Status/Tools page AND emptied every (all) the caches.

    The attributes doesn’t showing up !!!

    Hi,

    Try to switch the theme to twentytwenty default theme and check it works or not. I don’t think it is a theme issue.
