    Hello,

I am experiencing issues with “Filter by price.” If the filter price range does not include $0 then the product does not display even if they fall within the range. For example, if multiple products cost between 30 to 50 dollars and the filter by price range is set to 20 to 50 dollars. It does not work/does not display products. However, if the filter by price is set to 0 to 50 dollars than it works. In other words, $0 has to be the starting price.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue in their shop?

    Thanks

    Hi @visibledeals

The default widget Filter by Price works as expected for products within the allowed range. Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
