Product filter for taxonomy options

    Hello,

    I wonder how it would possible to add the product filters on archive-product.php files, so when you click on the archive of certain term of a category, you have the product filter with the term of this category already ticked.

    Like in the link I gave, I wonder if it would be possible to have the minimal filter already ticked when you’re on https://haunted-dancehall.com/styles/minimal/

    Hi,

    Yes, that would be possible if Style is a Product Attribute and the Style is added to the filter, so the “Minimal” from Style can be pre-checked in that case.

    So it’s not an attribute, but “Style” is a custom taxonomy, just like Category & Tag, and minimal is one if its terms

    Yes, that could work for Taxonomies as well, just make sure the Taxonomy is added to the filter and the Filter is displaying as a checkbox or radio, so the tax item can be checked when it is active on its’ own archive.
