• Hello. I’ve installed Woof product filter on my woocommerce shop but i notice the word “Product” before the name of my attribute filter name. I asked to Woof Support but the problems come from woocommerce and its code.
Can you help me fixing this problem?? I want to show only my attribute name and no words before.
If you check the link you can see my shop: the filter Categoria Prodotto is correct, for “Prodotto Coltura” i want to see only “Coltura” , for “Prodotto Tipo di Prodotto” i want to see only “Tipo di Prodotto”.

The word Prodotto is set by woocommerce before my filer name automatically!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

As the plugin was developed by Woof, they’ll have the best knowledge of how to modify it. Preferably, you’d want a way to modify it that won’t be overwritten each time the plugin is updated. Woof support is the best team to help you out with this.

C’mon this is not an answer! There are many topics about this problem that tell that the problem comes from Woocommerce codes. Don’t ignore this problem! If i rollback to woocommerce 2.0 the error goes away so the error comes from you. Please help me don’t ignore me moving the problem to another plugin!

A lot has changed between WooCommerce 2.6 and WooCommerce 3.0! Many plugins broke when we updated, because the plugins themselves weren’t updated to work with the new structures. We aren’t able to update all of the plugins that have been created for WooCommerce – it’s up to their developers to do so.

I’m not trying to dodge your question, but we aren’t able to support plugins except those we’ve developed ourselves.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
