    Good Afternoon,

    We are having troubles with the WooCommerce single product gallery. We went through the Woocommerce system checker and noticed our theme was outdated so, we updated to the latest Martfury. However, the issue still persists and we are looking for further help to resolve this issue. I also had to use custom CSS to fix the add to cart widget as the tablet and phone media queries do not work. Although the CSS was a quick fix for the desktop view, I am unable to style the other views in the additional CSS.I was wondering if that could be looked into as well. If you require the system checker log I would be happy to send it.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
