product gallery images are disappearing

  • Hi,

    Im running into a problem with your plugin, ive deactivated all pluggins and the problem still happens.

    When a product is selected it takes me to the page but the gallery on the left of the main picture are not showing and cant see any errors in the log. when i deactivate the plugin the images show again.

    I checked the page again, but unfortunately couldn’t find any issue while selecting the add-ons or adding the product to the cart.

    Please try cleaning the cache of your site and browser and then check if the issue is solved. If you still have issues, please send us a video so we can see the issue you mentioned.

    Hi,

    Its not with the adding to cart, its the images when selecting a product to view its not showing the galley on the left of the main image. ive attached a video.

    Thanks for the video. I checked the page again, but it doesn’t seem to be related to our plugin.

    In this case, I suggest you try cleaning the cache of your site and browser and then check if the issue is solved.

    If you still have issues, you can try adding the following CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    div.product div.images .flex-control-nav {
     opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    We’ll remain at your disposal.
