Product Gallery Images are now massive

As of the latest update of the theme and WooCommerce my Product Gallery images have became very large and I don’t know how to change them. I am confident enough to make changes to the theme myself if anyone knows a fix I just don’t want to break the theme by tampering with it. I’ve uploaded a screenshot here to show the problem. Before these updates the thumbnails were very small as they should be.
