    Hello,

I am having an unfortunate issue, where my product gallery images are sometimes blurry. It seems to happen to about 1 in 4 of my products. The thumbnail is fine but then when you go to the gallery it is as if they haven’t loaded properly and are all pixilated, and it is totally random I could go back on the same image 5 mins later and its fine. When I disable optimole the problem stops, but I do want to keep optimole as its offering me a lot of benefits.

Perhaps there is some CSS I can enter to sort this out? I am not sure if the plugin is interacting with another plugin so I have decided to list them all here. Thanks for any help and advice.

    Hello @bvytis,

Thanks for your helping but I think resizeing the images not the solution because they are fine.

    Hi @zsoot,

I might be not following your last message properly or do you mean that you decided not to use Optimole at all?

    Thanks!

No. I installed your plugin but all I saw that it changed the images size. It said: x image was 3.2 x smaller than the recommened. But there is nothing wrong with the size of our images.

    Hi @bvytis,

I think I know what the problem is. On the product page I have that slider. The first image of this slider is the product image but the others come from the image gallery and they have different size. Of course I tried to change the size where ever I can but nothing helped.I don’t know where are defined those sizes.
Activating your plugin means all the pictures will resize. Sorry, but I want to avoid that.

If you can create a staging website with a plugin activated so we can replicate the issue and investigate – we are happy to help.
