Product Gallery Loading Extremely Slow

  • Hello all,

    I am having a problem that is beyond my ability to figure out from what I’ve been able to find searching online.

    I am trying to add a product gallery section to my product page, but the main image is taking FOREVER to load (the thumbnails load fine, but nothing happens when I click on them). I am using the Hello Elementor theme (version 3.0.1). I tried disabling all plugins and it worked fine until I turned Elementor back on, then it wouldn’t load. (Granted, nothing else on the page looked right before I turned Elementor back on, so I don’t know if it was even creating the same issue)

    On the example page provided, please scroll down to the tabs section and click on Photos to see the problem. The featured image at the top of the page is not giving me an issue.

  • what is the main image?

    secondly, if its the image which is covering the whole website , then surely its just gonna take a lot of time cause of the size of the image and i can also see header taking a lot of space as well..If u still can’t fix it let me know

    No, not the image covering the whole website. That one loads immediately without issue. If you scroll down to the Photos tab, and click on it, my product gallery is there. The thumbnails load, but it just shows a green line where the main photo should be. That green line is because I have a border set around the photo. But the photo itself doesn’t load unless you let the page sit for a few minutes.
