    I just updated product gallery slider latest version to the latest one and now my main product image is not displaying. Only thumbnails are displaying.

    Can you please confirm if there’s a bug with the latest version and the steps to download and install previous version of this plugin.

    Hi,

    We tested the latest version with default themes, and everything works as expected. No bug was found on our end.

    You can download the previous version from here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-gallery-slider/advanced/ or install the WP Rollback plugin to downgrade any plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/

    In the latest version, we replace the gallery filter hook with the default woocommerce_single_product_image_thumbnail_html hook, and it allows third-party plugins or themes to override the gallery markup.
    So probably, it conflicts with your current theme or any active plugin.

    To troubleshoot, disable all plugins but WooCommerce and also switch temporarily to the “Twenty Twenty-Three” theme – does it work?

    If yes, you have a conflict with your current theme or one of the plugins.

    Thank you for the prompt reply. I rolled back to 2.2.7.1 and it’s now working fine. I am using heuman theme. Please note that disabling plugin is not an option for me as my site functionality relies on it.

    Can you check why replacing the gallery filter hook with a default one will cause the functionality to break?

    Yes, you are right, but I want to mean disabling the plugins temporarily(not permanently) to know which one conflicts.

    Can you send me the theme link so I can test it with the latest version?

    Sorry, I got mixed up with a theme from my another website. For this particular website where I faced this issue, I am using storefront 4.2.0.

    Storefront 4.2.0 is working perfectly with the latest version.
    It probably conflicts with any active plugins.

    That’s possible. But debugging and identifying which one is causing the conflict and then getting that fixed (if they agree) with the plugin owner is not an easy process.

    Any chance to make changes to your plugin in a way that it works irrespective of other plugins?

    If the issue can be solved from our side we can add a patch in the next release, but if not possible, you need to contact the plugin author.

    You did not provide the active plugin list or the plugin name yet, which is conflict.
    Without this we can’t do anything ??
