Product gets removed when I added the same product name with different options

    Dear team,

    Hope you are well.

    I’m facing an issue when I add the same product with different optional addons, one of them get removed in Cart. The issue happens when I add the same product to Cart (each time with a different optional addon), in the Cart page it only displays 1 product name, and removed the other ones in the same name (different optional addon though). However, when I try to add different products to Cart, then the issue doesn’t happen. Can you help me on resolving the issue please? thank you very much.

    We tried some products from our end , cannot reproducce the issue. refer screenshot https://prnt.sc/GJKMLBC8fDlp

    Could you please provide a specific product url where the issue exists.

    Also, we can see you are using an older version of product addon plugin, Can you try updating to our latest version( 5.0.16), you can get it from our website.

    The issue happens when you switch to another language of the Cart page on Google Chrome, or when viewing the Cart page on Safari web browser (without switching to another language)

    Okay, it happens when the language switches.
    Which solution you are using for this multi-lingual, Any plugins?
    Please provide details, So we can have test from our end.

    Hi Acowebs,

    I’m using Polylang, I think the issues is not really related to the language plulgin. Because when I browse the website on Safari on my iphone, it triggers the issue right after I added the same product with different optional details and go to view the Cart page, one of the same name product get removed. Apart from that, how can I share the login details for you? can I share it here, is it place public? let me know
