    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

When creating products with variations, like different sizes, it’s important to use predefined attributes (like “size”) in the Woocommerce -> Products -> Attributes section.

Here is a guide to know more about how to configure variable products using pre-defined attributes: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4334430-discount-based-on-specific-attribute

Just a quick note, use the predefined attributes, not custom ones, when you’re creating variable products. This way, the free variable product will get added correctly.

Hope this helps in resolving the issue you are facing.

If issue still occurs, we kindly request you to open a support ticket through the following link:?https://www.flycart.org/support?and provide us with screenshots screenshots of discount rules you have configured and site URL.

So that, we can have a detailed check and promptly provide you with the best possible solutions as soon as possible.

    Really appreciate it.

    Thanks
    Team Flycart
