Product go Out Of Stock Regardless of How many I list

Regardless of the type of product (simple or variable) and regardless of the number of items I put in stock on the inventory portion of my listing, if one item sells, woocommerce decides the product is out of stock, and sends me an email saying the item is out of stock, then sends a second email telling me there’s been a back order when there hasn’t. It also tells my customers the item is out of stock.
Anyone had this problem and know how to solve it?
I’m checking Manage Stock at product level, then entering the number in stock (say 4) and then if one sells, the product is out of stock.

If you start with a stock of 4, 1 is sold, what number of stock does the product have remaining? (It’s not a trick question, I’d like to know if only 1 is actually being subtracted).
Also, what are the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory? You can set different values for when products go out of stock here, rather than just 0.
Finally, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.If I start with 4 it will give me -1. Then send me two emails, one stating it out of stock and one stating it’s done a back order when none are allowed.

It could definitely have to do with the
WooCommerce Etsy Importer: Two-way Stock Syncer: by omniWP – 1.0.6plugin. Possibly theWooEnhancer - Improve and customize WooCommerce: by Miguras – 1.08plugin as well, as I’m not sure what it does.The best way to test is to disable both of those plugins, then try a test order and see what happens with the stock. If the stock behaves correctly, then you know it was one of those two.
If that doesn’t solve it, I’d recommend doing a full conflict test: disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then try a test order. If that solves the problem, slowly re-enable the plugins until you find out which one was causing the trouble.

Additionally – all my listings have disappeared. They are fine on my end, but aren’t displaying on the front end.

That is strange! There are many things that could be happening:
1. Maybe there is a cache issue that’s keeping other things in the cart so the quantity is changing so when you order 1 it actually orders 4? In the actual orders themselves to you see the quantity as 1, or more? The Orders should have notes about decreasing stock, what do the notes say?
2. Maybe the manage stock is not working properly. Can you create a NEW simple-product and see if that happens?
3. Can you disable EVERY plugin except woocommerce and switch to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen to see if it still happens?Thanks!
