Product ID errors

    Hey,

    Many of our products are not accepted by Facebook, because “Products cannot be added with multiple data inputs: “id”

    Product size variations have different product IDs. However, some of the products are accepted by Facebook because it finds a group ID for them.

    We haven’t changed the ID of the products and we can’t find a reason why it can’t find the group ID of some products.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Your debug.log shows you have 2 Facebook feeds configured (in CSV, we advise XML as it is less error prone). What feed does it concern? And can you give some example product ID’s that are being disapproved by FB because of this?

    Thanks for reply. Our marketing manager checked the settings and noticed he had accidentally set Google Shopping as the channel for Facebook Dynamic Ads Feed 2. Now everything works.
