product ID gets exported instead of SKU number

    Hi there,

    I use a little plugin, that exports my orders. But instead of using the product-SKU, it exports the product ID.

    Now I′m looking for possible errors in my setup.

    When I edit a product, I have to enter the SKU under the stock-tab. IN every screenshot I find on the net, the SKU number field is on the general-tab.

    Do I have some error in my woocommerce configuration ?

    Your order export plugin would need to lookup the SKU from the ID. Not much I can say about this without knowing the source code of your exporter.

    Hi Mike,

    my question was, if my product-editing-screen is maybe different.

    and a screenshot of the stock tab here

    Art.Nr. is the german equivalent to SKU number.

    Is there a way to deinstall Woocommerce completely and reinstall it without loosing all the data /edits ?

    The SKU field was moved to the inventory/stock tab in WooCommerce 2.6. It is after all, a stock keeping until. There isn’t any error on your site.

    thank you for the quick response and for the relief, that my woocommerce isn′t completely screwed ??

    I′m still searching for the solution but I think it doesn′t come from the woo-end.
