Product Image Distort in My Auctions View

  • Dear Sir,

    Why does the product image that shown in My Auctions section is distort?
    Kindly, please advice me how to solve/fix it.

    Apologies for delayed reply. We normally are notified by forum of new questions but seems these notifications came to wrong email section and we missed replying them.

    Could you please share below information:

    1. We would like to know filetype of image, size of image that you have added in the product?

    2. Please share screenshot of original image & distorted image and screenshot of your “My Account” section.
