    Hi there ?? !

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging.

Please keep us posted, we will be more than happy to help moving forward. ??

It was working fine before we put the TP Woocommerce Product Image gallery plugin, but we uninstalled it and all and now the gallery just gets stuck loading for a while. It did not use to do that. So I don’t see why I should turn off plugins and the theme when it was working fine with all of them, with the exception of that one.

So basically, WooCommerce was working fine before the TP Woocommerce Product Image gallery plugin was installed.

Is this issue still happening when the TP Woocommerce Product Image gallery plugin is uninstalled?

I’ve checked your site on multiple devices/browsers, and your gallery is loading pretty well for me. I couldn’t see any issue with the gallery.

Oftentimes something like this can be affected by your browser’s cache. I would suggest that you try clearing the cache/cookies and then try it again. You could also try from a different browser or device.

In terms of optimizing for speed, you’ll want to take a closer look at the following resources:

    I hope this helps ??

We had to do a few things. We solved it on our own. Thanks.
