product image has no alt tags

    When activating the NitroPack plugin, the images of the products in the product category lose their alt tags. if I disable the module alt tags appear. What can I do? What is wrong?

    We ran a quick check with and without NitroPack and we can see the alt tags in both cases. Can you please provide us more information on this, please? Maybe on which pictures the tags are missing?

    Directly in the store, or in any category, if I inspect the image of a product, the alt tag label does not appear. If I disable the module, the label alt tag appears.
    I didn’t know this until yesterday when I was notified by an SEO application.

    For any other image on the site, apart from the product image, alt tags appear during inspection

    We did a further check and we can confirm some tags are missing. We noticed that some settings are stopped which might affect this.
