    Hi,

Thank you for the great work on this plugin!

I’m loving the results we can achive with your email editor, but I noticed recently that the product images look huge on Outlook, they basically show the original size wich, in this case, is 1200px. It works well on gmail, however.

Is there something I can do to prevent this? Anything, please… I might not be able to use the plugin if not.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hellow,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
This can be done with an appropriate responsive point. Unfortunately, this feature is only available in the premium version. This is due to the different screensize, and the responsive point helps to solve that, not only Outlook, this point makes the emails work on any device.

    Hope this will help,
    Have a great day!

Hi Angela, thank you for the quick reply.

I don’t understand why this has to do with the responsive point, when the issue is happening on desktop using outlook, but it works in gmail and webmail.

When I say it works in gmail and webmail, I mean the product image actually shows with the size I set it to, in this case 100px.

When I say it doesn’t work in Outlook (desktop or not), I mean the image shows with 1200px (its original size), it basically takes the whole email space.

Is this the free plugin normal behaviour? It looks like a bug to me.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

My apology for this late reply. We are just back after the weekend. Thank you for your kind patience.
No, actually this error happens in the premium as well. There’re some of our customers encountered this problem and solved it with a lower responsive point. You can refer to this reply from a topic on our Support Forum for premium users:
    https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/email-formatting-breaks-in-microsoft-outlook-desktop-and-gmail-email-clients/
    https://nimb.ws/LDYCqJ

As per my explanation above, the responsive point is to solve the difference of the screensize from different devices/mail apps. It helps to keep the format of the email and make it works on different devices.

    Best regards.
