Product image message for selected items

I would like to have a message below the main picture

If you’re using Woocommerce, there are a number of Woocommerce Product Disclaimer plugins out there. But the ones I’m familiar with all display the disclaimer as a pop-up when the the “Add to Cart” button is clicked: such that the product will only be added to the cart if the dislaimer is accepted. (You can limit the disclaimer to all products in specific categories or individual products)
